15 Minute Initial Phone Consultation

I offer a free, 15 minute phone consultation where you can ask questions about services and we can determine if you would benefit from working together. Even if I turn out not to be a fit, I’m happy to provide you with referrals.

Individual In-Person Counseling - 50 minute session - $120

Individual Online Counseling - 50 minute session - $120

Insurance

I do not accept insurance. For out of network insurance benefits, invoices will be provided upon request. If you have out of network benefits, you may submit the invoice to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. The client will be responsible for payment at time services are rendered. I will not be responsible for reimbursement from insurance companies for out of network benefits. When speaking to your insurance provider, the following questions may help you determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

Payment is required in advance for all sessions. Zelle, debit card or credit card. A credit card is requested to hold initial appointment and kept on file in case of late cancellations (24 hour notice required).

Cancellation Policy

24-hours notice for cancellation is required to avoid being charged for the full cost of the session. Exceptions will be made for infrequent, uncontrollable circumstances (i.e. severe inclement weather, school closures, and emergencies).
